The 15 Villas – La Reserva de Sotogrande

Villa Dune - The 15 La Reserva Sotogrande

The 15 Villas

The 15 Villas is an exclusive, gated residential community set within La Reserva de Sotogrande on the Costa del Sol. Home to a limited collection of exceptional villas, it offers privacy, scale, and a sense of calm that is increasingly rare.

Each residence sits within a unique parkland setting designed by world-renowned landscape architect Jean Mus. The landscaped grounds create a natural buffer between homes, combining lush greenery with openness, light, and long views.

The 15 Villas occupy generous plots of between 4,500 and 5,000 sqm, giving each home a true sense of space and seclusion. Elevated positions provide sweeping views across Sotogrande and beyond. Once completed, residents will benefit from a dedicated concierge and lifestyle service, ensuring effortless day-to-day living within the community.

Always being on time and communicative also helps Scandinavian clients like us. 100% value increase in 3 years—thank you, Celeste!

She is very customer-focused, friendly and goes the extra mile to keep her clients happy. We are very happy with her help and would recommend her to all who are looking for real estate in the area!

Saida & Hachim from the Netherlands

We were in contact with several real estate agents but the one that gave us the most confidence is The Property Agent owned by Mrs Celeste Alonso. We met an exceptional person through the internet following our research, and I must tell you that we are delighted! This beautiful meeting was decisive; it is a person who proves the real qualities of professionalism. She took charge of us from beginning to end. Arrived in Spain in Malaga, she accompanied us for visits to different apartments, and we found a rare pearl thanks to Celeste.

Mr and Mrs Catteau from France

Celeste is the most committed, efficient, and professional agent I have ever worked with - and I have worked with hundreds.
