Finca Cortesin is one of the most complete private estates on the Costa del Sol. Set on 215 hectares in Casares, between Estepona and Sotogrande, it brings together a five-star hotel, a 2,200 m² spa, a beach club and an 18-hole championship course that hosted the Solheim Cup in 2023. Homes here are built in small numbers, and most of the estate is protected green land.

The residential projects each have their own character. Green 10 offers contemporary villas between the 9th and 10th holes, with views over the course and Sierra Bermeja. The Golfside Villas are front-line golf homes, each designed by a different architect, so no two are alike. La Algaba are high-end luxury apartments  overlooking the golf course. Cortesin Hill Club, the newest community, is a gated development of cortijo-style villas and townhouses built around a private residents’ clubhouse with its own spa, gym, restaurant and infinity pool.

What sets Finca Cortesin apart is the service. Owners can use the hotel’s housekeeping, gardening, concierge and 24-hour security, and those who want to rent their home can do so through the estate’s own rental management. It’s a private house with a five-star hotel a few minutes away.
