A pesar de la ca\u00edda del mercado brit\u00e1nico en la compra de viviendas en Espa\u00f1a durante el 1\u00ba trimestre del 2017 se ha observado un crecimiento de ventas a clientes extranjeros del 16% con respecto al a\u00f1o anterior.

Durante el 1\u00ba trimestre del 2017, el total de viviendas vendidas a extranjeros ha sido de 14.870, de las cuales el 15% corresponden a compradores brit\u00e1nicos. Un 10% de los compradores son franceses, el 8% alemanes, seguidos por los belgas, suecos e italianos. Con respecto al 1 trimestre del 2016 el mercado italiano ha mostrado un crecimiento de casi un 60%, seguido por Rumania, Marruecos y Francia.<\/p>\n

- Cultura amigable; excelente clima; atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica de 1\u00ba nivel; muy buena infraestructura.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Adem\u00e1s de todo lo anteriormente mencionado, en el contexto del clima pol\u00edtico mundial, Espa\u00f1a puede considerarse un lugar seguro. algo muy importante tomando en cuenta la situaci\u00f3n mundial: Espa\u00f1a es un lugar seguro. Tiene una democracia bien establecida, presencia policial y es pol\u00edticamente estable dentro de la zona Schengen y en la Uni\u00f3n Europea.<\/p>\n
