{"id":4745,"date":"2017-08-08T20:09:51","date_gmt":"2017-08-08T20:09:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thepropertyagent.es\/brexit-in-spain"},"modified":"2019-03-24T01:56:01","modified_gmt":"2019-03-24T01:56:01","slug":"brexit-in-spain","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thepropertyagent.es\/es\/brexit-in-spain\/","title":{"rendered":"Brexit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong> C\u00f3mo est\u00e1 afectando a Espa\u00f1a?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el Colegio de Registradores de la Propiedad, la demanda de compra de vivienda de los brit\u00e1nicos en suelo espa\u00f1ol se ha reducido casi un 25% desde el Brexit.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>A pesar de esto, los brit\u00e1nicos siguen siendo una parte importante de la demanda extranjera total, representando el 15% del total de las viviendas compradas por extranjeros en Espa\u00f1a, seguidos por los franceses, quienes representa el 10%.<\/p>\n<p>Es importante mencionar que el inter\u00e9s brit\u00e1nico en comprar una vivienda casi no ha disminuido, ya que sigue habiendo casi el mismo n\u00famero de peticiones de informaci\u00f3n y visitas que antes del Brexit. Lo que ha cambiado es que los compradores potenciales se plantean posponer la decisi\u00f3n de comprar para el futuro. Seguramente, la incertidumbre que plantea la salida del Reino Unido de la UE, c\u00f3mo afectar\u00e1 la relaci\u00f3n con el resto de Europa y c\u00f3mo afectar\u00e1 a su econom\u00eda es lo que hace que los clientes se tomen m\u00e1s tiempo para finalmente decidirse a comprar una propiedad en Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201c\u2026los brit\u00e1nicos siguen siendo una parte importante de la demanda extranjera total, representando el 15% del total de las viviendas compradas por extranjeros\u2026\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Muchos analistas sostienen que se producir\u00e1 una recesi\u00f3n en la econom\u00eda brit\u00e1nica, depreciando el valor de la libra lo que tendr\u00e1 como consecuencia una reducci\u00f3n en el poder adquisitivo de los brit\u00e1nicos. Los expertos sugieren que solo afectar\u00e1 a la compra de viviendas de menor precio, mientras que apenas tendr\u00e1 repercusi\u00f3n en las viviendas de lujo.<\/p>\n<p>Afortunadamente, la bajada en la demanda brit\u00e1nica se ha visto compensada por el creciente inter\u00e9s de otros compradores de pa\u00edses como Francia, Alemania, B\u00e9lgica, Noruega entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>C\u00f3mo est\u00e1 afectando a Espa\u00f1a?
