El gobierno Andaluz ha recortado dr\u00e1sticamente el <a href=\"https:\/\/thepropertyagent.es\/the-cost-of-buying-a-property-in-andalusia-spain\/\"><u>Impuesto de Transmisiones Patrimoniales<\/u><\/a>\u00a0para impulsar el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico. Con el fin de estimular la econom\u00eda local e impulsar la venta de viviendas, el Gobierno regional ha tomado medidas decisivas para reducir el ITP (Impuesto de Transmisiones Patrimoniales) y AJD (Impuesto de Timbre) hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2021.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 significan estas reducciones para los compradores?<\/h2>\n<h3>1.Obra Nueva<\/h3>\n<p>Para cualquier compra de una nueva construcci\u00f3n, el impuesto de timbre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ennaranja.com\/hipotecas\/itp-iajd-iva-impuestos-viviendas\/\">(AJD)<\/a> se ha reducido del 1,5% al 1,2%. Esta reducci\u00f3n de impuestos se traduce en m\u00e1s dinero en tu bolsillo al comprar una propiedad en el Sur de Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo, un comprador adquiere una propiedad de 500.000 \u20ac en Sotogrande.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Impuesto de timbre antes de 7.500 \u20ac<\/li>\n<li>Impuesto de timbre ahora: 6.000 \u20ac<\/li>\n<li><strong>1.500 \u20ac ahorrados.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2.Reventas y segunda mano<\/h3>\n<p>El ITP (Impuesto de Transmisiones Patrimoniales) que se paga al comprar una vivienda de segunda mano se ha reducido al 7%. Anteriormente, exist\u00eda una escala que comenzaba en el 10% y bajaba al 8% seg\u00fan el precio de venta.
