Las inversiones se concentran especialmente en las grandes ciudades y en los destinos tur\u00edsticos m\u00e1s destacados. Adem\u00e1s, durante este per\u00edodo hubo una actividad significativa en la compra y venta de casas de segunda mano, y los precios mostraron un crecimiento mayor que en las nuevas construcciones (5.8% de la primera en comparaci\u00f3n con 4.4% de la segunda). Los expertos coinciden en que va de la mano de la mejora de la econom\u00eda, el empleo y la consolidaci\u00f3n de la financiaci\u00f3n.\u00bb<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Hipotecas<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los datos de las Estad\u00edsticas Hipotecarias correspondientes a junio de 2017 revelan que ha habido un crecimiento del 16.5% en comparaci\u00f3n con el mismo periodo de 2016. Las hipotecas de tasa fija est\u00e1n tomando mucho peso, siendo casi el 38% del total y el plazo promedio de un pr\u00e9stamo tiene 23 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Rentabilidad<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Un nuevo modelo de inversi\u00f3n inmobiliaria muy rentable: comprar una propiedad para el posterior arrendamiento. Muchos consideran esta actividad debido al aumento en la demanda de alquiler que ha ocurrido en los \u00faltimos meses en Espa\u00f1a, creando un nuevo modelo de mercado con retornos muy saludables.<\/p>\n<h2>Pero \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 esta vuelta a la confianza en el mercado inmobiliario?<\/h2>\n<p>Los expertos coinciden en que va de la mano de la mejora de la econom\u00eda, el empleo y la consolidaci\u00f3n de la financiaci\u00f3n, lo que significa que el sector inmobiliario despertar\u00e1 nuevamente el inter\u00e9s de los grandes inversores. Al mismo tiempo, los bancos y los ciudadanos son m\u00e1s prudentes al hacer contratos hipotecarios.
